Level 4 Award in Managing Food Safety in Catering

The qualification will ensure that persons at management level know their responsibilities regarding food safety management. The qualification will ensure that candidates are trained in accordance with European Parliament Regulation EC852/2004.

Course duration

  • A 30 question multiple-choice question paper
  • A written paper which students must answer five out of the six questions
  • Pass grade will be awarded for 60% correct answers, a Merit grade for 70% correct answers and a Distinction for 80% correct answers
